A Must in My Daily Life

I have developed this routine using some of my favorite yoga moves, also what I learned from physiotherapy and fascia release sessions...the best of the best that works like a charm!

  • Help prevent aches and pains by releasing fascia and stretching spinal column

  • Keeps my body moving more fluidly during the day and helps with my exercises as well

  • I feel great after this short 10 min stretch, first thing in the morning. My mood is better to start the day which is always a plus :)
